Wheel bearing hub assembly on pick up truck was replaced. Gave me next day appointment with a Uber 2 way ride. After inspection I asked for different price options and store matched price from other shop, which could not work me in . My appointment was 9:30 am and I picked up truck at 4:00 pm. Provided Uber service was flawless. This Meineke store was very flexible working with me and made it a non-stress experience for me!

This place clearly didn't rotate my tires for more than 10,000 miles thats 2 oil changes worth of not rotating. My two front tires are now cupped and have the worst road noise. The excuse was that they are mud tires and they didnt want to create future issues on my rear end. I was then told it could be a suspension problem with my front end that made my tires that way. No its the lack of you people not rotating expensive mud tires like I asked you to multiple times. Now i have to replace two $315 tires plus get them mounted and balanced. Lesson learned take your vehicle elsewhere and have them do the work you ask them to do. Its not for you to dictate if i need my tires rotated or not. Sounds like people just being lazy and in turn costing me $750 for two new tires. Thanks for nothing.

if i could give negative stars I would! - against better judgement for known shady work by "mechanics" and being over priced, I went here as they were the ones who could get me in soonest and said 1 day and max 1.5 day for new brake lines - Shane the manager sent a quote and said book calls for 6 hours but might be a little less or a little more. his book cost was more then reputable certified dealerships in area - Shane argued to use non needed higher cost material and stated he would match cost of stainless steel lines but still use the other ones bc "its just easier to work with" but the estimate cost never went down - had vehicle 5 days. if I knew this i would have taken to a dealership. the shop never called i had to keep calling and every time "it will be done in an hour" - had trouble bleeding brakes and shane told me "we had to Google to find a solution bc there is many reasons back brakes wont bleed" - Shane threatened and said he was going to place a mechanics lean on vehicle (Saturday) and increased quote price over $1,000 when I a as upset my vehicle still wasnt done and said I was paying the quoted price that was sent.. a mechanic lean can not be placed if invoice is p

Wonderful place! The team has helped me out a couple of times and I am always impressed by their customer service as well as the work they do on my car. They take time to explain things, helping me prioritize projects (my car is a 2009, so there are ‘projects), and the work they’ve done has been excellent. Dropped by with a 2015 GMC Acadia that needed the flex pipe replaced. Sounds SOOO much better and quieter, our neighbors won’t hate us anymore😂. My experience with Meineke was outstanding! Super friendly staff with alot of honesty. They also do work with you on a very reasonable price! Very highly recommended. Thanks Meineke!
